10 Percentage Points for Voting

Inspired by posts over at Og, Baby Troll Blog, and Smallest Minority, what about this:

If you decide not to vote in the next election, which is your choice, the rest of us are going to vote on a tax measure. If you vote you pay 10% less on your next tax bill. If you don't vote, you don't get the deduction.
